Moires town ,is not only the heart of  Festos Municipality  but the largest town of southern Crete as well.
Our apartment is surrounded by both shops and entertainment establishments  as well as quite enough services  allowance such as banks,  a medical care center e.t.c
You can visit the open air market on Saturdays,where fresh and eco-products are sold that are grown in the fruitful Mesara valley  along with animal and dairy  products from  the Asterousia mountain range and Psiloritis area.

Transportation.

Convenient means of transport are available such as bus, from Heraklion to Moires and vice versa. If you use your own mean of transport, there is enough parking place availability nearby.
There is accessibility from Kazantzakis’s Airport in Heraklion by car, via the National Highway Heraklion- Moires within one hour covering 49 km distance.
